Really dissapointed spent over 200 dollors and didnt have any of the free gifts to promote . That has happened more than once should up quantities when ordering free gifts especially around holidays.
I justed walked in at 2:00p.m. I asked one of the employees if I could get measured and they were 3 of them just standing around acting like they were busy but in reality they were just busy having their own conversation and not really wanting to help me at all. Finally when I asked 1 of the 3girls for help. She called someone else instead of taking the time and doing it herself in helping a customer out. Well I did not appreciate the lady who ended up doing my measurements. She was an older lady blonde glasses. She wanted to measure me in front of everyone in the store and was unhelpful at all. Looked at me like well what do you want me to tell you? Didn't bothered to call other stores at all neither. Really disappointed with customer service! !! Bad customer service. This is not the first time I come to this store! But it is the first time I got services like this. Unhappy Customer. Will not be doing any shopping at this store DARTMOUTH!!!
