Bad management baby dolls are ugly over price toys poor toy selection no wonder this store is always empty
Well overpriced goes unsaid but except for a lovely mature blonde woman they are very insensitive to special needs. The client I bring is verbal high functioning and behavioral . She may behave a little differently than what is considered the norm . (There are no loud vocals.The number of dirty looks we have received there and the lack of patience is inexcusable
They have no idea what customer service is, Employees are rude and could not be bothered. I've had numerous bad experiences there. Sadly this last one will be the final. I will NEVER spend another penny there. The manager walked away instead providing assistance to the problem. You wonder why your on the cusp of bankruptcy? It starts at the top.
Had a small issue last year with management but overall not a bad store. They allow employees to wear overly tight pants which i don't find appropriate for a kid store but whatever.
Very poor selection of ds games and couldn't find multiple toys on son's Christmas list. Not to mention 3 different employees either hit my carriage while i was shopping or just stood in the way of the isle talking while i politely tried to get by.
