Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive regardless of being a little busy: their focus is obviously to make everyone comfortable and well informed.
Couldn't leave a review without clicking at least 1 star, or it would be none. The worst experience I've had with a rental company. Visited to be fit for my sister in laws wedding. "Seamstress"? Fitted me and argued with me about Hoye clothes should be worn. She showed no friendliness or enthusiasm through fitting. After fitting the best man tragically committed suicide. Contacted location to cancel his reservation, and got into an argument with employee who answered phone because I didn't have his reservation number or the phone number he booked under. Claimed that it was impossible to find by wedding name. Called back with info, and expressed clearly what had happened and that under no circumstances should his name be mentioned as it was very emotional. Went to pick up tux, and again stated what had happened and further asked them to put a note in so that nothing would be mentioned. When the rest of the party went to pick up, they cancelled the wrong order, after specifically requesting the phone number to avoid conflicts, called the other groomsman by the deceased's name multiple times before telling him that his tix was at a store 45 minutes away and that he would have to go get it. Failed to give the bride her shoes, set the bride's sons pant legs off by 6 inches from one leg to the other, stated they would fix it and to come back and never did. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Do not use if at all possible.
They are the best. Dawn the assistant manager is great! And they have the best tailors in the business. Five stars. Thanks MW Dartmouth.

I just rented a tux from them for my brothers wedding. I had myself measured a few months back and I must have put on a few pounds since. When I tried on the shirt, which was noticeably to tight on me, two of their employes pointed and laughed at me, one of which was across the store. A third employee commented "It looks like a Halloween costume you haven't worn since you were a child." They were so rude.. I couldn't believe it..
This is a great store. I get all my suits here. Exellent suits that are reasonably priced. Tony Vieira is one of the managers and is an excellent salesperson who is very personable, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH Tony helping you as he has set me up with great suit shirt and tie combinations.He goes above and beyond for his customers
