Jolene (Apologizing for incorrectly spelling her name), was awesome! She went ABOVE and beyond! She was extremely helpful and patient with my fiancé and I for our wedding attire.Thank you so much again!
After today's issue I will not be spending my money at this location at this express. Poor customers service poor management and employees have nothing better to do then stand around and listening to a customer who had an issue with there store should really think about who you hire and who you give management positions because after today I seen lack of customer service and management at this store and location. Disappointed! Will not be coming here.
I will never buy anything from this store and recommend all my friends and family that goes there not to do so. I went to return something the manager wouldn't return it and after I was insisting for my money back or at least store credit because I paid so much for that item that I didn't even use it , I didn't want to waste my money for nothing. The lady that was there yelled at me she took the headphones off and yelled at me like if I was a child and told if I think she's stupid that she knows I wore that dress, she was ready for me to fight with her. I stayed calm and I only felt sorry about her because people would say: oh express is a good store this and that but the sad part is that they have people especially a manager( who she told me she was) so vulgar. If I was someone else I would probably slapped her for the way she talked to me. I went to grab something to exchange my item with and when I come back she was saying sorry because she didn't knew who I spoke with on the phone before going there, that gave the wrong information. I didn't say a word to her took my bag and left the store. On message that I leave for the owners is, if you keep hiring people on that level with no customer service, no patience, ignorant like that you'll have no customers and this store won't be profitable at all.
