Rude, crasp, nice location but because I did not have an appointment, I was asked to wait for my for my driver in the rain, on the street. They said I could not wait for my driver in their sitting area because of not being a paying customer, even though I tried to even get a hair appointment, just to try and spend money. The sidewalk was not far enough from her seating area, they literally came outside and said I would have to wait off the sidewalk. Lol My black car was 20 minutes away so I had to call another car to hurry up and get out of there because I feared them calling the police. All for not calling in for an appointment? The owner, Stephanie herself walked me to the door. Insane, this woman's little salon has expanded her cranial to the point of deformation.
First time visiting this salon and I have to say that I am beyond impressed with the experience I had. From the warm, posh and inviting atmosphere to the lovely, welcoming staff to the phenomenal quality of work I had done, this salon is everything I was looking for. I have found my new favorite spot and will emphatically recommend it to anyone I can. I'm so glad I found this place.

This place sucks big time. It's expensive and the so called 'rising star' hairdressers are incompetent no matter how long they've been cutting hair and charge $25 bucks for hair cut and blow dry, which they botched and i had to waste my precious time to go back a few days later for it to be fixed. I was not pleased at all and adressed it with Julie, one of the owners, but didn't get much of an apology. For the $27 i paid i expected good service. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm never going back to that place. Pricey and incompetent. Not worth my money or time.
Been going here for close to 13 years never once have I had a bad experience. I've used several different stylists. Everyone who works there Is awesome to deal with. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
