I've known the Owner for quite some time now, and she is the ONLY ONE allowed to touch my hair! There isn't a nicer person and a more relaxed studio anywhere in the area. Only truly organic products are used and she stands by that committment and promise. Scheduling with her is a breeze, she is very willing to work with a limited schedule i have.
I've seen some henna tattoos and nails that she's done for other clients. They're very artistic and well executed.
The same can be said for the hair of women I know, who get their hair done by Erica. Beautiful hair! She's really good with color too and uses natural products that are kind to the hair and the environment too.
I like that Erica doesn't try to push a lot of unnecessary product. So, when she has recommended that I use products she has in the shop, I am confident that there's a good reason for it. I have not had the same positive experience elsewhere.
Green Grotto has a great low-key atmosphere. It's a relaxed, comfortable place at the bottom of a staircase from the parking lot. Maybe it's just me, but I look forward to my appointments and just feel better after I go there.
