First Strike) I went first checking in with my mom then saw my name go up second in line. Second Strike) New customers who came in after me were placed under my name in the list but got called up to get their hair cut before me. Third Strike) The way it was handled was not acceptable, the girl made a lame excuse as to why I didn't get to go next. I was so upset, they treated me like I didn't matter and wasn't even there! Needless to say, I didn't get my hair cut because I was so upset. Perhaps I might have been spared a terrible haircut? I will never step foot in Great Clips EVER again!!!

In the past I have spent more than 100 on haircuts. Went to Great Clips on a personal recommendation and got one of the best haircuts ever by Paula. She was very professional an did an excellent job.
Hi im 13 and my mom went here to get a cut and to get her hair styled. Im really pissed!!! The lady kept say this won't look good on you and no you don't want bangs!!!!! Im really mad cause they end up on giving a trim!!!!! Never go here they don't give you what you want and do what they want to your hair!!!!
Omg. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this salon, they should be shut down. They were so rough with the clippers that my head was cut and I required medical care and ended up having stitches and permanent scarring to my scalp. On top of it they intentionally swindled me pretending the wash was part of my $10 charge, even though when I walked in I clearly stated I did not need a shampoo and rinse and did not want one. So on her own without telling me I would be charged extra, she does the shampoo and rinse. I look at my receipt and see that I was charged for it, they were extremely nasty when I stated I wanted my money for the extra charges returned, no apologies, and had the audacity to state it was my problem and too bad. Perhaps they do not realize that defrauding customers is a crime and cutting someone's scalp due to total incompetence being too rough and fast is also physical assault in which legal action can be taken. There are too many decent salons to even step foot in this disgusting hair salon, I wish I had known then what I do now.
