The people at this T-Mobile location are wonderful, they went above and beyond to help us transfer our 8 lines over from Verizon. Everything went extremely smooth and we ran into no problems at all. John was excellent in keeping everything in order and was able to switch all our phones over without a hitch.
After spending almost an hour on the phone, we drive to the store to change our phone plan. Kyle was a breath of fresh air. He resolved our issues efficiently and courteously.
