Finally I had enough I told him that my next call would be to corporate. I was told he would give me the restocking fee off of a another phone but I had to by it from his store.

Often has the best local prices on a large variety of electronic goods. Staff is very friendly and adequately informed in the basic functions of the available items. In my experience the membership programs offered put video game prices on par or better than online merchants.

I called the corporate office while standing there and explained what he was doing and they ended up calling the store and taking care of it. Total time trying to get my refund over an hour.

Bought two new LG V20 phones as I had the v10 I thought it would be a nice upgrade. Unfortunately the devices did not get good cell signal and it was all documented online.

Love best buy, most of the time they have what we are looking for. If they don't, they have always helped us find a store where we could get it or online. The customer service is great

Lou the manager needs a lesson in managerial skills. Violating Best Buys stated return policy and losing a customer is rediculous.

Also he should àttend anger management training.

The workers have no manners at all. My girlfriend just returned a gift from Christmas, and without saying anything they put the money back on the card. This means that the person who bought the gift is now getting their money back and my girlfriend gets nothing in return. Once she came back to the car, I said she should go back in and get either the gift back or the cash for the gift. They told her she only had 5 minutes to alter a return (after she went back the second time) these people are completely unprofessional and very unhelpful. We will never go to this best buy again in our lives.

I tried to return the phone within the return window explained the situation and even demonstrated the problem showing no cell signal on the v20 but plenty on the v10. I was told by the manager LOU ARMENTARIO I would have to pay a restocking fee. needless to say I was a little upset. I explained I had purchased glass screen savers and cases that I could not return. Since the phone was defective I did not have to pay the restocking fee. He suggested he could give me store credit, I said no, I was then told to return the phone to the best buy in Hyannis where I purchased it. Then when I demanded my refund I was told to send it back in the mail to LG.
