Very poor customer service they are not trained well
Helpful staff when I came in needing a new phone from water damadge.
I've been calling for days to have my receipt emailed to me and no one picks up...
I ready did my payments in October and right now i dont have line because spring said i dont pay the month october when a did and i have the tike where said i did my payment
The manager at this store went WAY above and beyond to help us with a Sprint network issue after the nearby corporate store told us our brand new out of the box iphone was broken. Really appreciate how helpful he and his entire staff were
They don't even know how to deal with customers.
