Terrible customer service. Purchased item online for same day pick up b/c it was the last one in the store. When got it home it was damaged and not able to use it. Called guest services and spoke to supervisor who wanted me to purchase the item again, in order to have it shipped to the store and then get a refund. I told him I am not purchasing the item again. He had no other resolutions, and did nothing for me. I then demanded corporate phone # and they refunded my purchase and sent me a gift card. It should not have had to gone that far. Terrible customer service by store supervisor. The young man who answered the phone was GREAT and he was trying to resolve the issue, but he had limited resources.
Great staff here. I have returned a large amount of items with no qualms. Also there is one checkout cashier who is always smiling and joking around, he just brightens up my day. There is a larger selection of makeup than most targets here.
