Normally a good experience but had a bad customer service experience last visit.
The employees here are awful. Tried to ask for help with something one time and employee basically rolled his eyes at me. Another time I tried to price match something and they treated me like I was robbing them. Three employees all investigated and the manager looked at me like I was personally trying to steal her wallet. It was a $20 price difference on a $200 product that was cheaper on their website and they refused to price match even though it was the same product. I drove down the street and Best buy price matched no questions asked. Do not go here, on the busiest of shopping days (a week before Christmas) they had one register open and after waiting 20 minutes in line the single employee said "yeah it's been crazy all day" oh really? Open another register so there aren't 15 people waiting in one line. Do not go here.
Very courteous and helpful
I called around 1:00 to inquire about a mug warmer. I wanted to know if they had one in stock at this store and the woman I spoke to on the phone told me that they do have them at this store. When I arrived They didn't have them there but she ordered one from their website and deduct the shipping cost.
Found a great cooling gel mat for my dog on these hot days!
