I can't say enough about this store. I absolutely love Macy's. There is so much. From infants to adults clothing, to household, shoes, etc. Prices are reasonable and the quality is good. If you love sales.. Macy's is for you. The only downside is they don't carry men's or children's footwear. I wish they would.

The customer service help seamed to bothered by me spending my money.
Was walking around the 2nd floor looking for a particular style dress shirt. Woman said to me and my girlfriend "getting some exercise walking around?" And we didn't really think anything of it. After, when we were walking near where she was standing, we overheard her talking to someone saying "why the hell are they walking around? What are they doing?" I was going to be a paying customer, now I'm never coming back.
Very helpful and resolved our problem quickly. Nice sales clerks.
