Bought a car from them off of the internet. I was a little nervous because I never got to see the car in person. Michael Goes took care of me and was honest and answered all my questions. He took lots pictures and videos of the vehicle. Really made me feel more comfortable about the purchase. They made it easy for me!!! Great company. I highly recommend them.
After having a motorcycle accident and given a clean bill of health to ride again, I naturally began looking for another bike. I traveled 2 hours to Windmill Cycles and it was certainly worth the travel. The customer service was great and the staff were available for any questions. The mechanic spent a great deal of time with me listening and answering my questions concerning the bike and assured me he would go through it and make sure everything was working pristine. I wasn't disappointed. I had them install a full exhaust with a power commander and the bike runs significantly better than my old one which was 2 years newer. They were extremely fair on price as nothing in this world is free, people gotta eat, and they have a business to run and they gave me parts at shop cost for being a new buyer. A great experience!!!!!
This place is very nice. They have lots of motorcycles in stock for me to browse around and look at while awaiting to pick up my motorcycle. There tech there is very good. Rick english is awesome at what he does and he fixed my bike when the honda dealer in new bedford had it for over a month and still didn't repair my transmission correctly. I sent several of my friends there and a couple got a really good deal on there purchase and layaway plan. I took advice from my uncle to go here and i'm glad i listened because my bike hasn't shifted this god since the honda dealer installed my clutch and fixed my tranny gears.. Very happy with my choice and i will be going back..
I've been going this shop for years. I actually sold them 1 bike when I was in need of some cash, and later over the years bought 2 other bikes from them. Their prices are very competitive, not just when compared to other dealers, but when compared to buying a bike private sale. I've bought and sold some of my old bikes privates over my 30+ years of riding, and I can tell you that private seller won't offer a warranty, and some bikes come with a bad story/history that you may never know. From what I have seen the bikes at Windmill are bought by the owner who stands by what he sells. Before you try to buy a new bike, try calling Windmill, you can literally save thousands off the price of a new bike. They have bikes with under 1000 miles! some I've seen only have hundreds of miles, and you save a bunch of cash when buying used. They offer financing as well, in the event you aren't prepared to pay in cash. It never hurts to check this place out, your wallet will thank you.
