Technicians are great and so is the management of this facility. Highly recommend going here especially when the employees go out of their way to assist you with your vehicle.

Can't say how pleased I am with the service we received. My husband, our two dogs and I got a flat tire while leaving Cape Cod. All the tire stores on the Cape were either closed or had a several hour wait. So we decided to drive home on the spare. Slowly. We decided to get off the check the spare and drove by firestone. I called to see how long the wait was. I was told they would get us right in. And they did! They were so nice and didn't mind having two barking dogs hanging around the parking lot. We got the new tire and were on our way! We were extremely satisfied with the service!
Been with this Firestone more than 15 years. Only auto repair consistently trust worthy even through three changes in management. These folks are honest and fine mechanics.
Dartmouth Firestone and staff are there to insult you and take your money. They quoted me a brake job $357. They refuse to do the job unless I purchased rotors. Went to Firestone Fallriver and they said rotors are ok but they did recommend it. They charge me $144. A difference of $213 please go to fallriver if you want to save $$$$ my car is running great now.
