These guys will lie to you. I know my cars very well. They will over charge you for things that you don't need done. A little better than Firestone tho
No one looks forward to spending money on vehicle repairs, but when necessary we as consumers look forward to a friendly, knowledgeable and fast location. This location was able to complete my vehicle repairs the same day I brought it in. This is crucial to a mom who relies on her vehicle to transport her children around and can't afford to be without a vehicle for a long period of time. The staff is always friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. I most certainly appreciate the manager Brian for his knowledge and ensuring that I was saving and not making me feel like I was being ripped off. Word of mouth is key so I hope this 5 star review is noticed!
So they had me sit and wait to trick me into thinking they were working on my vehicle. They tried to take advantage of me and I would suggest you find another shop. I went to SpeeDee on Rt. 6 the next day and within 15 minutes I was out of the shop with working headlights.
Been there twice now. Once for my alignment and control arms and they were so fast! The drive home felt amazing. Went again the other week for my exhaust and they made her go from a roar to a quiet prr. Couldnt be any happier with this places professional level, speed, and customer care!
I brought my car in to have my headlights changed. Both headlights went out at different times and I knew it was just the bulbs that needed replacing. I went in for my appointment and they took my car promptly. About an hour and a half later the mechanic came back and informed me that he had changed both bulbs and they still did not work. He suspected there was an electrical issue and wanted to charge me an $108/hr diagnostics fee to figure out the problem. I thought it was strange and I kindly declined and figured it may be a fuse and I could have a family member change easily. I drove to my uncle's house and when he popped the hood, he found that they never even touched my headlights. There were no marks, and the parts that needed to be taken out were never touched. They were covered in dust with no fingerprints at all.
