Let me just say I would not suggest this place to anyone not happy with the service at the counter or behind it

We told chase what happened. They never called to apologize, nothing. No empathy at all.

Everyone here cares about the pets and their owners. From reception staff to the docs, I wouldn't want to work anywhere else! This is where all my pets will always go!

Our 9 week old boxer puppy "Bella" died yesterday. We've done business with chase for years and have spent thousands over the years there on our former dog, Maggie Mae.

as long as i can remember growing up we brought our animals to chase. now that im older with a family and a dog of my own i decided to make this our vet of choice. i got a puppy german shepherd she is over a year old now and she has been to her regular appointments and one things annoys me about the vet techs is my dog weighs 90lbs and she doesnt really enjoy strangers not that she is aggressive because she is not at all but she does like to jump up and try to lick the face of strangers and it makes it worse when the vet techs approach her with high energy high pitch voices that amp her jumping behavior even worse. i have watched plenty of Cesar Millans shows and the one thing he stresses is as a human being around dogs you need to be calm and assertive meaning "no touch no talk no eye contact" those are his words and these vet techs apparently do not watch Cesar Millan because they make the situation worse. my dog already knows the vet is the place where she got fixed and must remember so my dog doesnt like this place at all and having inexperienced vet techs amping up a dogs negative behavior is not smart. i was going to rate 3 stars but then i remembered how much it costs and its expensive for a vet visit. so 2 stars been looking into switching vets even though i feel chase has the highest quality of knowledge and care.

I am especially pleased with their knowledgeable staff, they are all extremely caring people and I will not go anywhere else.

We were stunned. We ended up taking Bella to another vet and she died unexpectedly about an hour later.

Look elsewhere for a vet who cares.

We are sad, yes. But we are angry that a business that we considered "friends" wouldn't help us in our time of need.

We got a new puppy, Bella, 4 days ago. We called when she was lethargic and acting weak. Despite having a long history (and an upcoming appointment there next week) chase would not take our puppy in to be looked at when we called at 3:00pm...despite their closing at 7:00pm.
