Dr. Robertson is amazing! She is great with cats! She got on the floor to pet my cat to see how he was doing. She is quick with vaccines and she's so compassionate. She always loves to answer questions and she makes sure you are aware what is going on and what she plans on doing when she takes your pet into another room.
Just brought our cat for his first visit there and they did an amazing job. The entire staff is professional and clearly experienced handling cats. The vet was great and answered all of our questions very patiently. I look forward to continuing bringing our cat to this vet!
I was very pleased to see how patient and kind they were when we arrived for a emergency appointment to end our fur baby's suffering due to cancer. We were told to ask as many questions as needed,given options which best fit for our family and fur baby and were given as much time we needed to say our final good byes. Thank you for being so kind and patient with us during such a difficult time..
I still travel here after moving 20 minutes away because they are wonderful! They really care about your pets, and treat them as their own. They are also great with giving you different options if money isan issue.
