Everything was timely. Great day there with service and the staff being friendly and helpful. No bad commemts to say at all.
Had dinner in the bar area with friends, prompt, great service. The waiter was quick to bring more soup and another salad. Chicken Parm good as always.
Well gave it a second try this year. Not good. It was around 8pm we were out Christmas shopping. Stopped in - got seated right away and waited for our Waitress whos name was Mariah according to person who seated us. Not sure who she was! 2 waitresses walked by us numerous times attended to all the other guests and no one took our drink order or never acknowledged us. After 10 min we walked out! I will never ever go to that Dartmouth Olive Garden again. Terrible! Very dissapointing! Ill stick to the one in Taunton! THEY ARE THE BEST!
Had a birthday dinner last night. ..needless to say had to wait over an hour for our food.....by then didn't enjoy it.
The food/service is a 5. However, if you opt to eat in the bar area you should BEWARE in which seat you choose as people waiting to sit in dinning area will hang all around your table causing you to feel uncomfortable. We informed management and were told " its a family restaurant and nothing can be done". Seriously! It was literally a party of 12 hanging along side our booth. Kids kicking the back of the booth. Im all about family restaurants but what about my family! And the adults standing there should be disgusted their behavior.
