1 tuna pocket with lettuce, 1 tuna sub with cheese and lettcue. Seriously?
I placed an order for a steak and cheese at 4:10, got a confirmation email with a 4:45 delivery time, but didn't get my sub until 5:20. Not only was my food 35 minutes late but it was the worst steak and cheese that I have ever had from ANY Deangelos. The time on the ticket didn't even match the time on my confirmation e-mail. I just paid $12 for a cold, dry, tasteless sub. Had it not been for the fact that I hadn't eaten all day I would have thrown it in the trash. I will not order from this store again.
Ordered a sandwich from here. Horrible, no flavor what so ever. When I went up and spoke to the manager to explain I wasn't happy with it. All she did was shrug her shoulders and did not care. She ignore me. I am disgusted with there service and will be reporting it to the better business bureau as well. You should teach your employees better than that.
Food is great' however they need to figure out a system for ordering online...I ordered lunch at 12:10 went in to pick up my food...still waiting at 12:45...The whole time I was waiting my food is sitting there unnoticed...needless to say I was NOT HAPPY...eespecially when you are on a limited lunch break and waste half of it waiting for an order you placed 40 minutes prior....I do not reccommend ordering online!!!!! This location is not reliable!!
The sandwich was REALLY good, kudos to y'all for that. However, the New England clam chowder wasn't good at all, too watery. But, that being said, you're a sandwich shop. You wanna good sandwich? Go here. You want good chowder? Go to Continental Bakery in Swansea, you'll be glad you did!!
