Service was not personal. First appointment was with practitioner who seemed more engaged in getting info into the computer than my health. First step in my process was to get an x-ray and they said results would take two days. Just shy of two weeks later I cancelled all appointments cause this office could seem to get the x-ray or check it out. Thought maybe it would be faster to just find a competent doctors office to work for my health.
The nurse practitioner Ken is very friendly and thorough. Never needed to wait long and if I needed a specialist they did the work for me.
Worst Clinic My elderly ill Mother inlaw has been attending this facility for over 14 years to treat with Doctor Falla and the last 3 years she has waited over an hour up to 2 hours to get seen by her primary Doctor! This is despicable!
My son had over 60 appointed with this clown organization. He is disabled so he has two insurances. Because of their incompetent billing department they only submit 48 bills thru prime and secondary insurance. They finally see their errors in billing and decide we are at fault for the 12 co-pays they never received from his secondary insurance. They hire a so called miracle worker named Mr Christmas and he refuses my son his much needed medication and will not let him see his doctor Dr Arun Rajan. Unethical to say the least. We will NEVER do business with these frauds again! Beware!
Although the staff is pleasant, the organization is terrible. Waiting for someone to call with X-ray results or lab results is like watching grass grow. They also always want to set up numerous follow-up appointments (for basically nothing) and with specialists that I KNOW I don't need. And even after saying that I don't want these appointments, they try to set them up anyway. From now on I think I'll just go to urgent care.
