Joshua ( Asst. Mgr. ) is the reason why I give the experience a 5. He took care of a major problem with my bill that was caused by the manager. First of all, he made the proper adjustment for the XM Radio charge. Most importantly, the manager charged me 2 extra days after I properly returned the vehicle on Saturday. Joshua promptly emailed the new invoice ( I was charged $130 too much ) and receipt to me and was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.
The customer service at the Dartmouth Branch was exceptional. They made it so easy for us to rent the car for our family trip. Kevin and Alyssa are top notch employees with exceptional customer care.

Easy , simple, and quick. The Dartmouth location has no hassles. I've used a variety of rental locations over the last few months living between the east and west coast and the Dartmouth location was definately one of the best. I live in Fall River and it would be closer for me to go there but honestly because of the customer service I have received at the Dartmouth location I will have no need to be hassled at the Fall River location who should take a note about customer service from Dartmouth or even buzzards bay ... 2 great locations ... I will be using Dartmouth once again this weekend as well.
Car was smooth. Their support was good. But, there is a different amount in the invoice for car rental than they said. But, overall a pleasant experience.
