I rented a car on 8/6 in Daytona. I specifically declined the extra insurance, but the girl put it on to my bill which I failed to recognize. I called the corporate office where I was told there was no recourse. I am out $121.96. This company uses deceptive sales techniques, outright lying, and exceedingly poor customer service. And their telephone tree is endless and the hold time unacceptable.
