This was my first time eating at a busters so I can't say much about other franchises but this one is definitely worth checking out.
Stopped for a quick bite. However I kind of expected more. But it was ok.
I wish I had taken a photo of my meal hut it didn't last long enough for that to happen. I had the Portuguese Steak Sandwich, a new addition to their menu. It was cooked perfectly to medium rare and was made up of large chuncks of sirlion topped with spicy peppers. Fries appear to be made in house which is another big plus. Bar service was great and the bartender was friendly and fast.
Talk about a fun time! Busters happened to be fairly close to our hotel so we gave it a go. From the moment we stepped through the doors it was a good time. Live music, great drinks, good food and local flair! "

Great first impression
Tons of large tv screens and a large selection of draft beers for those interested in catching a game.
Ordered a sirloin steak medium, (medium according to their menu is pink warm center), took 20 mins until the plate was delivered. I have ordered this same plate many times before and it always comes out well done, like overcooked, and this time wasn't different. Complained to the management and was told they would speak to the staff about it, apparently even the management doesn't seem to care if their customers are happy since I haven't ordered the same plate in a week or so. And asked that they please remake the entire plate. When it finally came out, again, it was burnt on the outside and almost rare in the middle. And this time I found a hair on my plate. Somebody honestly needs to be fired for this incompetency, because what do you do when even the management can't do their damn jobs? They tell you they will speak to staff about the mishap yet no action is ever taken to correct the issue. If this was my business I sure would be keeping a very close eye on the kitchen staff to make sure they know what the hell they are doing. This is a place that has pretty decent service so that is the only upside. Food shouldn't be coming out of the kitchen let alone presented to customers if there have been complaints in the past, numerous times. This place could make a lot more money and customer base if they chose to take necessary steps to fix the problem, i.e. either train your cooks, or fire the ones that can't use common sense. And they are not the only ones to blame, the management is clearly doing a piss poor job of they are letting food out of the kitchen like this. The owner must not care very much if he/she is aware which is exactly why this business will eventually fail completely. I won't be recommending this place to anyone else ever again for food, sure they have some cute waitresses and decent service but the follow through on the food is where they really lack oversight. The only reason I am giving a second star is because the bartender was understanding and had them remake the plate, this time it came out with a hair on the plate and rare in the middle so never again will I be eating here, damn shame because this place has the potential but with no able body management to see it through correctly.
