The local century 21 office is a disgraceful, greedy and despicable company and people should be very wary of purchasing a home through this company or renting from their agents. The owner presents himself as a mobster wannabe, and is nothing short of a beligerant monster who couldn't care less who he hires and the criminal and civil violations they perpertrate. An agent by the name of Ron Oliveira from Newbedford Ma. is an employee of Century 21, he sold the property I was renting from. Although not one rent payment was ever missed in spite of BOH violations Mr. Oliveira illegally locked me out because he wanted the new owners to immediately move in, and he repeatedly said he wanted his commission and so he on his own and under the guidance of Century 21 took the law into his own hands. He harrased me to no end via telephone and at my door, even AFTER receiving a letter from my attorney advising him to not do so. He illegally entered my apartment with and without owner of property on multiple occasions and when confronted said he would do whatever he wanted. Even on my move out day he continuously harassed me and my family to move faster!!! The owner of Century 21 has no problems with any of this behavior, and so one can only imagine buying a property from these scums and what the reaction would be if there were any problems or complaints in or after the process. Ron Oliveira has a vast and longstanding history as a slum lord with civil and criminal complaints against him, I was just yet another victim. Never, would I recommend the local Century 21, the owner is nothing short of an arrogant bully who allows his agents to do whatever it takes to get their profit, harming innocent people along the way and having not one ounce of remorse for their actions.
