Steve is great. Such a personality and does great work, fast and at a reasonable cost. Website does advertise emergency service which didn't seem to be available but did get a call back the next day and got quick service. This should be your local on call plumber, hands down.

I don't personally know Steven, nor have I ever hired him for work..I live in WA; however I have spend countless hours watching his Youtube channel and have found his assessment and work to be rather entertaining. I especially like his honest assessment of situations and his willingness to chat with his customers. My opinion from across the country is that I would hire Steve in a heartbeat and probably be very happy with his work!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We get through setting up this whole appointment for service, billing details all that. He says he cant be bothered to work for us because we need an estimate first. He can't be bothered with estimates. We are a MASSIVE corporation probably needing thousands of dollars worth of work on a yearly basis, but that's fine. I would rather work with a real professional.
