All was fine....until I requested a refund due to an extreme medical issue....or even a "partial refund" after only TWO days after my purchase! They wouldn't return my calls....as promised. They basically "HID" from me... Told me they had NO interest in taking back the "quality item" I had just purchased from them... I WAS well within ALL the outlined return policies....and even offered to pay for the watch band THEY had altered. They wouldn't even offer an "in store credit'! I just don't get it... Had done business with them before....and was VERY pleased! BUT....when things don't go "THEIR WAY".....I'd be VERY careful! There are MANY other quality jewelry stores around the area....I wouldn't waste my time here!
Best jewelers in the entire South Coast area! They have beautiful jewelry at very fair prices. They do excellent repairs, and cleaning, which is also included in many purchases made there. They also give the best, fairest prices around when purchasing your old, outdated, unwanted, or junk jewelry! Def a must first stop for anything to do with Jewelry, Watches, or for unloading any unwanted silver, gold or platinum, Esp where YOU have the final say bc ur not obligated to make the deal if you don't want to, but I don't think you'll find better prices for the same, any where else in the area! I'm not a very trusting person, but I totally trust this family owned business!
We had the pleasure of working with Eric and one of the mangers today while buying our wedding bands. We would like to express our happiness with the friendliness and service that we had. They were extremely helpful, patient and genuinely nice when discussing our purchase and opinions. We live in Bristol, RI and we can say that we will travel to Dartmouth for future purchases vs more local stores (not saying anything against the other stores or employees) because of the positive experience we had here.

Shhhh don't tell my wife but this jeweler has a great selection and treats their returning customers right. Left feeling like I got a great deal and they repeatedly thanked me for my business so we both won. I will keep coming back for many years into the future but not that often as my wallet lost a lot of weight on the last visit and needs to get healthy again. Still a great deal and a pleasure dealing with all the staff.
