I have been into lowes quite often as I am building a new deck. Usually most of the associates seem to play dodge duck and hide when you need help loading your cart then truck. Well today I was picking up more materials and Nick from building materials and stopped to help me load my cart with lumber then I needed some materials from the steel as there wasn't enough on the floor. He promptly got a fork lift driver to drop the materials I needed. He again helped me load them on my cart. He continued to work while I was waiting to cash out. When I was finished checking out he pushed my materials out to my truck and again helped me load my truck. Nick wasn't only helping me he was also helping 2 other shoppers. If most associates were as motivated as Nick it would be pleasurable to shop for materials instead of trying to find some help...
Found everything I needed to upgrade lighting in my home. Friendly associates helped me. Nice easy shopping and quick check out.
Exceptional Service
Wanted to give zero stars but had to give one to make comments. Looked on line and they showed they had one left of the lawn mower I wanted. When we got there I had a hard time getting some help. The associate that came over had no interest in helping. He said they could not sell the display. After I left I called and spoke with a manager that said they can sell the display. She had a poor attitude also. Home Depot will get my business. And yes it stills shows on line they have it available.

Don't get your carpet from this Lowe's they do not stand behind the products they sell. After working with Lowe's for months on horrible carpet quality & horrible installation they did nothing to resolve the issues I have. Stainmaster Pet Protect carpet is garbage & looks 10 years old when it was installed only 6 months ago. Go to Home Depot for your carpet where they actually stand behind what they sell!
Came here to look at some ideas and products for our upcoming renovation. We ran into some very helpful people and I want to say that because of them we will be doing all our shopping with this Lowes store. I feel much more comfortable with this upcoming renovation now. Thank you Lowes of North Dartmouth.
