They're still finding their rush-hour stride, but the customer service is excellent! My boyfriend and I were here during the breakfast rush on a Sunday morning. We ordered at the register and were asked to choose a table to sit at. The one that we picked was apparently assigned to another party, so a staff member moved us to a different spot. Most likely this move wasn't communicated to the kitchen/serving staff. We waited for close to half an hour to find out that our food had been sent to a different table. The shift manager (I'm assuming) was extremely courteous, and gave us a full refund and a bottle of wine, and put in an expedited order for us. The food was delicious when it did come out. Pretty solid latte as well. Overall, they did a great job of making sure our experience was a positive one. We'll definitely be returning here on our next trip to the South Coast.

Farm & Coast Market, features many local products, while also hosting a variety of non local high quality products. They also have a small menu for someone to buy lunch. A great place to buy meats. Farm and coast is a nice place for your gourmet needs. :)

Perhaps there is a reason there isn't an option to tip here ?

Arrived at about 5 and placed order. Management left at 5:30. Down hill from there. Employees (ALL employees) immediately began cleaning and doing side jobs in order to get out early. Our check was dropped in short order (No rush! she said) and we received no more service without asking. Since we are new to the area, we left and went for a short walk. Closing time is not until 7 on Saturday night so we decided to get a piece of red velevet cake (to go.) Even though we were disappointed in the quality of the food and the service was horrible we decided to give this place another shot. It was awful. Very little frosting and felt like it was still frozen.

All in all, this was a very frustrating experience. My management and restaurant experience tells me that this is not the "bad attitude" of a few employees. The quality of the food and service (even the poor quality utensils) is a systemic issue surrounding work ethic. All I can say is "Wow."

The store is generally well stocked but the fresh produce isn't exactly fresh. When I got home to use the onions they were rotten inside. I couldnt be bothered to waste my time again to return. Overpriced as well. Coffee is no less than $4.01 and breakfast for one will easily run you $20. And there is the confusion of gratuity. I prefer to tip if someone serves me food or for good service in general.

Great freaking food. I deliver to these guys on a daily basis and wanted to try their breakfast. Got the barnyard hash with egg and toast. Phenomenal food has beef and lamb fresh potatoes every day they make fresh bread from scratch. Im about quality not quantity. You may pay a little but it is so worth it.

Not convenient although I live in the neighborhood. Never a greeting from any staff. Rude. Impatient. They change their service structure about once a week and expect all the customers to just know what to do, is this a restaurant or a store? You have to wait about 3-5 minites for any attention when you're standing directly in fromt of a service counter or register.

There are signs that express technical difficulty at the main checkout register so they can only accept cash - its been there for four weeks. As I stood there with the cash held out toward them for my purchase i was told "cash only" and they continued their conversation amongst themselves as I stood there , again, with the cash in my hand waiting for attention.

Stopped for a quick, early dinner here on Saturday night and will not be back.
