Bought a car there and after 8 days the timing belt broke. Avoid this place like the plague. Used to be a good place. Not so good any more. I'm done!
Beware of this place! I had gone to this place for the yearly inspection sticker for my car. My car was rejected and when asked what the problem was the owner said he wasn't sure other than a safety concern with the front end. I had immediately taken my car down to meineke on the same road to get what ever needed to get fixed done. Mad an appointment for the very next day as they found a safety concern with one tie rod end. After having the repair the very next day I went back to Bliss Express to get my inspection sticker. Bliss Express has taken my car in to review the repair and came out stating that the issues to the front end were still relevant. After bickering back and forth with the owner he told me to go back to Meineke and get my money back and ask them for another 35 dollars for an inspection sticker since I have just used my second inspection after my initial rejection sticker. I proceeded to Meineke and reiterated what was said to me from Bliss Express. Meineke put my truck back on the lift and stated that there was absolutely no issue with the front end of my truck causing any safety concerns! I then decided to go to the Dartmouth Gass inspection station for a sticker. I paid another 35 dollars for a stick and told the worker that my car was rejected at Bliss Express the previous day including the reasons. The worker at Dartmouth Gas told me that if he had found any issue with the front end that he would also have to reject my truck. After the worker at Darthmoth Express inspected my truck he came out and said that there was absolutely no issue with the front end of my truck and issued me my yearly inspection sticker. PLEASE DO AVOID BLISS EXPERESS AT ALL COST! I fully intend to submit a formal complaint with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on this establishment.
I went here to buy my car after my old one had died, and the owner was really helpful with figuring out what kind of car would be best for my needs. He was honest and fair with his prices! Definitely recommended.
