I've been a customer of Toyota of Dartmouth for over five years now; I continue to have them service my car, even though my son (who was my mechanic) has moved to a different career path. There's a sense of familiarity and family there still. I know the young men who work on my car now come highly recommended by my son and I trust their integrity and workmanship. I know that they will do the job that is needed and make recommendations as necessary.
Toyota of Dartmouth always does whats needed and in a courteous manner. I pay a little more but they take me to my home so I don't have to wait and I always leave confident that the job was done right! My car has 200,000 miles on it and going strong!
I had an appointment with Toyota of Dartmouth, and they brought my car in immediately. They told me that the service would take an hour, and the car was ready in less time. This was the last service under my regular warranty, because of my satisfaction with Toyota I had the service warranty extended. The waiting room was very pleasant and comfortable. All the staff was cordial and helpful. When my car was ready an employee drove the car around to the side door for me. I have bought two Toyota vehicles from Toyota of Dartmouth and my wife and I have been very satisfied with both purchases.
My experience at Toyota of Dartmouth was wonderful! I was deciding between two vehicles and Wayne Thomas was so helpful! He knew everything about the cars and showed me all the features of both and ultimately I decided to buy a 2017 4Runner Limited. The sales process was so quick and easy! Wayne made sure to take care of everything before I took the car home, he even paired my phone to the car's bluetooth for me!
